INTERNAL POSITIONING, IDENTITY AND CAMPAIGN
“Hi, I'm IT”. With those words, we had Perfetti Van Melle's Global IT team reintroduce themselves to everyone within the worldwide organization. An organization with changing needs and to which the centralized IT team wants to contribute.
What does Global IT believe in? How do they want to add value within the organization and what connects them? That is what we and the team looked for in several strategic sessions. It quickly became clear that Global IT can contribute much more to the growth of the organization as a business partner. Time to step out of the shadows and get to know the team's new positioning:
WE EMPOWER PROGRESS
NO TOMATO created a new identity for this purpose. In addition, we developed a new value proposition for the internal campaign: we empower progress. With this internal campaign we showed the importance, benefits, and possibilities of Global IT. It all starts with a positive introduction from the global team with “Hi, I'm IT”. The content for this campaign was produced within five different countries. This way, everyone worldwide got to know (amongst others) colleagues from India, the Netherlands, Spain, Brazil, and the Philippines. With local toolkits, backgrounds for online meetings and merchandise we encouraged colleagues worldwide to share the stories.
Now that it is clear what Global IT stands for as a business partner within Perfetti Van Melle, it is time for the next chapter: in which the IT department anchors itself within the organization.
